How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Artwork for plaques/unit number: 1-3 working days after payment
Factory work: 5-8 working days after artwork confirmation
Delivery: 1-2 working days

Orders & Returns
How do I install the plaque/unit number up?
As item is fragile and we advise you to handle with care. We recommend 3M nano tape to paste it up (subjected to the surface you are pasting on) . You should also position the item well before installing up as removal may result in damage.
You can also hook/tie it up using your preferred strings.
*Do secure them well as it will bound to break if fall from height/force applied.
Do you provide gift card?

How are my order packed?
Items ordered in the same order will be packed together. If you would like to pack them separately, please indicate in the additional remarks during check out. For big items above width/height 50cm, no box will be provided but we will pack them with bubble wraps to secure items.
* All items are fragile and please handle with care
How Can I Return a Product?
As item is fragile and we advise you to handle with care. Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns / exchange as we ensure that all items are in good condition before its being delivered/picked up. If there is any damage to the item on delivery, please contact us immediately within the day.
